The UBUNTU BEATS Project launches on social media

The UBUNTU BEATS PROJECT is a youth cultural exchange project fusing the sounds of South African music and current international influences. We aim to strengthen international relations with other nations in an exchange of ideas, culture and music. The UBUNTU BEATS PROJECT is planning a musical exchange tour with international collaborators to South Africa, to showcase and collaborate with youth choirs, cultural institutions and South African musicians by hosting music workshops, performances and discography collections around the country. We hope to share our experience and our message of spreading love, peace and diversity through our projects, founded through music. With our international collaborators, we aim to promote our values and place awareness not only on the historical context of the struggle of apartheid, through research, artefacts and various materials, but also on the current, post-apartheid issues and triumphs. We believe this will engage in a cultural exchange and place emphasis on understanding and connectivity of our youth. We are part of the world, and it's time for our future story to be told.
