Reason and Black Vulcanite will be doing a feature song on their new album, and he is set joining them for their tour to promote the album. The single will be released end of September just before the drop of their album. This will be used as one of the official singles of the album.

 

The Empire have chosen to work with Reason strictly because been an artist that they have identified with because of his body of work. “He has always stayed with the path of how he wants to express his experiences as an artist and as a member of Hip-Hop in Africa and specifically in culture”, stated Black Vulcanite at the media meet and great in South Africa at Boaston Society, Cape Town. Fans can look forward to this specific single offering of real lyricism with a disregard for radio rotation.

1. Why the choice to collaborate with Black Vulcanite now?

 

I've always enjoyed their style of music. Having grown up listening to the same type of hip hop, i miss making it too. Black Vulcanite happen to be my favorite crew doing that flavor right night now. I'd be silly not to want to.

 

2. What can fans expect from this song/single/Collab with BV?

 

The only thing i can promise… is good f*****n music.

 

3. Comment/ quote from reason regarding working with BV on the single 

 

Im looking forward to this collaboration. Not for anything else, other than creating music with some of my favorite rappers on the circuit right now. Talented individuals who represent a side often perceived as a niche, when it is in fact a culture. 

 

 

Promotions for both the song and album kick-off in full force in November .The Album is set to drop towards the end of September and the Single will be out around the same time.
